Wayne Hanley suggests Concessions are Good
In a joint statement issued by UFCW on October 6th, 2006, Canadian Director Wayne Hanley stated that the tentative agreement with Loblaws, was a good collective agreement for our members
.
In spite of Hanley's posturing, the CBC has reported that Loblaws won concessions similar in scope and breadth to many recent agreements "negotiated" by the UFCW.
